Machine to machine speed and positional synchronization (electronic gearing)
In many production environments there exists two or more machines mechanically connected by shafts and chains/belt with only one drive. Improvements in performance, control, and total life cost of ownership (TCO) can be made by the elimination of these mechanical component and the installation of 2 or more drives controlled by a dedicated or PLC closed loop controller.
